AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15/12 Calorie Bike
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24"/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. The goal is to keep a steady pace on the bike and push through the deadlifts and box jumps with good form. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
