<li>Odd Minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform 5 ring muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute, then complete 5 power cleans at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the weight of the power cleans as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.</p>
