- 20 seconds of max effort on Stationary Bike
- 10 seconds of rest
- Repeat for 8 rounds


Instructions:
- Set your Stationary Bike to a challenging resistance level
- Push yourself to go all out during the 20 seconds of work
- Use the 10 seconds of rest to catch your breath and prepare for the next round
