<li>Even Minutes: 5 Back Squats (225/155 lbs)</li>

Perform 5 box jumps at the start of each odd minute, then complete 5 back squats at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the weight and box height as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.</p>
