  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push presses if needed. Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
