    • 20 seconds of Wall Ball shots
    • 10 seconds of rest

Score: Total reps completed


Instructions: Perform as many Wall Ball shots as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Count and record your total reps at the end of the workout.
