<li>5 Strict Handstand Push-ups</li>
<li>10 Toes-to-Bar</li>
<li>15 Double-unders</li>

Perform the specified reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. If you fail to complete the reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of that minute and continue with the next movement in the following minute.
