Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Wall Balls
    2. Weightlifting movement (Power Cleans, Squat Cleans, or Thrusters)

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next round.
- Alternate between Wall Balls and the chosen weightlifting movement for a total of 8 rounds each.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.


Equipment:
- Wall Ball
- Barbell and weights for chosen weightlifting movement


Notes:
- Choose a weightlifting movement that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
- Focus on getting as many quality reps as possible during each 20-second work interval.
- Push yourself during the workout, but listen to your body and scale as needed to maintain proper technique.
