    • 20 seconds of Strict Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Rig:
- Pull-up bar


Instructions:
Perform as many strict pull-ups as possible within the 20 seconds, resting for 10 seconds in between each round. Aim to keep the pull-ups unbroken for each round. Score is total number of strict pull-ups completed across all 8 rounds.
