  • 50 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 10 Bar Muscle-Ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each set of repetitions unbroken if possible. Rest as needed between movements to maintain quality and minimize fatigue.
