For Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Lunges
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
- 10 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks


Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Rest as needed, but aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout.
