AMRAP Strength Bench

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Russian Twists with Medicine Ball (20/14 lbs)
  • 100 meter Farmer's Carry (50/35 lbs each hand)

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Choose a weight for the bench press that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds.
- Use a challenging weight for the farmer's carry to increase grip strength and endurance.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to sustain intensity for the full 20 minutes.
