AMRAP Weightlifting GHD Machine

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15 GHD sit-ups
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 5 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)

Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between the GHD sit-ups and the barbell movements. Be sure to maintain proper form on the GHD machine to prevent injury. Adjust weights as needed to ensure proper technique throughout the workout.
