- 50 Calorie Assault Bike
- 40 Wall Balls
- 30 Deadlifts
- 20 Pull-ups
- 10 Handstand Push-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. The Assault Bike should be a sprint effort to start off the chipper. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
