  • 40 Burpees
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Toes to Bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions: Complete all repetitions of each movement before moving on to the next. The Assault Bike should be tackled with a steady pace to conserve energy for the rest of the workout. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the chipper.
