Tabata Weightlifting SkiErgTabata:
- SkiErg (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
- Power Snatch (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
Instructions:
Perform the SkiErg Tabata first, completing 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Immediately transition to the Power Snatch Tabata, completing 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. The goal is to push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each 20-second work interval.
Weight for Power Snatch: Choose a weight that allows you to perform quick, explosive reps with good form.
