Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Deadlifts
  • Hang Power Cleans
  • Front Squats
  • Shoulder to Overhead

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Weight plates


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Rest 1 minute between movements. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata. Score is the total number of reps completed across all four movements.
