<li>Medicine Ball Cleans</li>
<li>Medicine Ball Russian Twists</li>
<li>Medicine Ball Squat Jumps</li>
<li>Medicine Ball Push Press</li>
</ol></li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong><br>
- 1 Medicine Ball (choose a weight that challenges you but allows for proper form)</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement.<br>
- Complete all 8 rounds for each movement before moving to the next.<br>
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all 4 movements.</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement, especially as fatigue sets in.<br>
- Adjust the weight of the medicine ball as needed to maintain intensity and proper technique.</p>
