Tabata Gymnastics Kettlebell

Tabata:


  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:


Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Alternate between Kettlebell Swings and Handstand Push-ups for each round.


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for good form throughout the entire 20 seconds of work.


Handstand Push-ups Scaling: Modify to Pike Push-ups or Hand Release Push-ups if needed.


Score: Total reps completed for both movements combined.
