  • Barbell Thrusters
  • Toes-to-Bar

Skill Focus:
- The goal is to perform as many reps as possible within 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining proper form and breathing throughout each interval.


Barbell Weight: #95 / #65


Instructions:
- Alternate between Barbell Thrusters and Toes-to-Bar for each Tabata interval. Rest 1 minute between movements. Complete all 8 rounds of Tabata for each movement before moving on to the next. Keep track of total reps for each movement and aim to maintain consistency throughout.
