Tabata Weightlifting RowerTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
- Rowing for Calories
- Deadlifts
- Push Press
- Box Jumps
Equipment:
- Rower
- Barbell
- Box
Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust weight on the barbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
