Tabata Cardio Medicine BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following movements:
- Medicine Ball Slams
- Medicine Ball Russian Twists
- Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
- Medicine Ball Burpees
Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball
Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of Tabata for each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata movement.
