Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
- Alternate between:
- Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
- Rowing for calories


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for each movement.
- Push hard during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout all rounds.
