Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:
- Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)


Tabata Format:
- 20 seconds of work
- 10 seconds of rest
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Wall Balls in each 20-second work interval, followed by a 10-second rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps completed throughout the workout.
