  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • 1. Slam Ball Cleans
  • 2. Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • 3. Slam Ball Russian Twists
  • 4. Slam Ball Burpees

Instructions:
