- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Burpees Over Rower


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total calories on the SkiErg plus total reps of Handstand Push-ups, Toes-to-Bar, and Burpees Over Rower combined.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
- Push the intensity during the work intervals and aim to maintain consistent reps throughout.
