  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>Odd Minutes: 15 Dumbbell Thrusters</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Dumbbell Weight:</strong> 50/35 lbs</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 15 Dumbbell Thrusters at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. At the start of each even minute, complete 10 Burpees before resting again. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes.</p><br><p><strong>Note:</strong> This workout will challenge your cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance. Adjust the weight of the dumbbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.</p>
