Tabata Cardio Peg Board

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1. Peg Board Climbs
- 2. Burpees
- 3. Air Squats
- 4. Mountain Climbers


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.


Notes:
- Scale peg board climbs to rope climbs or strict pull-ups if needed.
- Push yourself during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout the workout.
