Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:


  • Assault Bike (Max Effort)

Strength Focus:


  • Back Squats (5 sets of 5 reps at a heavy weight)

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata Assault Bike, pushing yourself to max effort during the 20 seconds of work.
- After completing the Tabata, move on to the Back Squats for strength work.
- Rest as needed between sets of Back Squats to maintain good form and lift heavy.
- Focus on maintaining proper cycling technique on the Assault Bike to maximize power output.
