<li>Even minutes: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Dumbbell Weight:</strong> Men - 50lbs, Women - 35lbs</p><br><p><em>Instructions: Perform 10 Dumbbell Snatches on the odd minutes and 10 Dumbbell Thrusters on the even minutes. Complete the designated reps within each minute and rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Keep a steady pace throughout the EMOM.</em></p>
