Tabata Strength Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Complete all 8 rounds of Dumbbell Deadlifts before moving on to Dumbbell Shoulder Press. Score is total reps completed for each movement.


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to perform consistent reps throughout the entire Tabata workout.

Focus on maintaining good form throughout each round. Push yourself to keep a steady pace and maximize your reps during the work intervals.
