Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Strength Focus:
- The goal of this Tabata workout is to focus on building strength endurance with the wall ball movement. Push yourself to maintain consistent reps throughout each 20-second interval.


Instructions:
- Perform as many Wall Ball reps as possible in each 20-second interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Score is the total number of Wall Ball reps completed across all 8 rounds.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Wall Ball that allows you to maintain good form and consistent reps.
- Modify the weight or movement as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
