  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Box


Instructions:
Perform as many box jumps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosive power and speed during each interval.
