EMOM Strength BoxEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Back Squats (increasing weight each round)
- Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps
Barbell: Start at 50% of 1RM Back Squat and increase weight each round.
Box Height: 24/20 inches
Score: Total weight lifted (Back Squat) + Total Box Jumps completed
Instructions: Start with a challenging but manageable weight for the Back Squats and increase gradually each round. Focus on explosive power for the Box Jumps. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain form and intensity.
