- Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even Minutes: 5 Bar Muscle-ups

Instructions:
Perform 10 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute and 5 Bar Muscle-ups at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the weight of the slam ball and modify the bar muscle-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
