EMOM Strength Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Bench Press
- 10 Weighted Step-ups


Equipment: Bench, Dumbbells
Instructions: Start each minute with 5 Bench Press reps, then immediately move into 10 Weighted Step-ups. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Adjust weights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
