  • 50 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 40 Dumbbell Front Squats
  • 30 Dumbbell Push Press
  • 20 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (10 each arm)
  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with proper form.
