AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Wall Ball
- Barbell


Barbell Weight: 135lbs for men, 95lbs for women


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push presses if needed.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
