EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 5 Bench Press
  • Minute 2: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Bench


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the bench press that allows you to complete 5 reps with good form.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Focus on maintaining consistent reps each minute and use proper form throughout the workout.
