  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Slam Balls

Slam Ball Weight: 30/20 lbs
Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Notes: Run the 400 meters after each set of slam balls. Break up the reps as needed, but push the pace to finish under the time cap.
