Skill Focus: Focus on proper squat form and explosive power to target specific muscle groups.
Instructions: Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. The goal is to complete as many reps as possible during each 20-second work interval while maintaining good form. Rest 1 minute between each movement.
Notes: Make sure to hit the target with the wall ball on each rep and maintain a steady pace throughout the workout. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity.
