Tabata:


  • Dumbbell Snatches (Alternating Arms)
  • Dumbbell Overhead Lunges

Skill Focus: Efficient movement patterns and transitions between exercises.


Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Alternate between Dumbbell Snatches and Dumbbell Overhead Lunges each round. Focus on maintaining good form and speed throughout each round. Rest 1 minute between movements.


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for proper technique.


Score: Total reps completed for each movement.
