- 15 Toes-to-Bar<br>
- 20 Kettlebell Swings</p><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong><br>
- 1 Kettlebell (Choose a challenging weight)</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.<br>
- Scale toes-to-bar to knees-to-chest or hanging knee raises if necessary.<br>
- Choose a kettlebell weight that allows you to perform the swings with good form throughout the workout.<br>
- Keep moving and aim to complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the time cap.</p>
