  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 40 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Dumbbell Lunges (each leg)
  • 20 Dumbbell Burpees
  • 10 Dumbbell Box Step-ups (each leg)

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets but still pushes your limits.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
