AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete all 10 reps unbroken. Scale the toes-to-bar to knees-to-chest or hanging knee raises as needed. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
