Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each arm)
- Minute 2: 12 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Minute 3: 8 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (4 each arm)
- Minute 4: Rest


Kettlebell Weight: Men - 24kg, Women - 16kg


Notes: Focus on proper technique and form for each movement. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain quality of movement.
