Tabata Skill Kettlebell

Tabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
- Alternating Arm Kettlebell Snatches
- Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for proper form throughout the workout.


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of alternating arm kettlebell snatches, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Immediately transition into 8 rounds of 20 seconds of kettlebell Turkish get-ups, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Rest 1 minute between the snatches and Turkish get-ups.
- Focus on technique and skill throughout each movement to maximize effectiveness.


Score: Total reps completed for each movement.
