EMOM Skill Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
- Choose a weight for the bench press that challenges you but allows you to complete the 5 reps with good form.
- Focus on maintaining strict toes-to-bar form throughout each set.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the designated reps.
- Scale the weight and reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20-minute EMOM.
