Tabata Skill Rower

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Rowing (Skill)
    2. Handstand Push-ups
    3. Double Unders
    4. Kettlebell Swings

Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 8 rounds of Tabata before moving on to the next movement.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
- Adjust weight and modifications as needed.
