  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off:
    • Max effort on the rower

Strength:


  • 5 sets of 5 Deadlifts
  • Rest 1 minute between sets

Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata rowing intervals, pushing yourself to maintain high intensity during the work intervals.
- After the rowing, perform 5 sets of 5 Deadlifts, focusing on proper form and technique.
- Make sure to warm up properly before starting the workout and cool down/stretch afterwards.
